Abstract

Terminal Petikemas Surabaya is one of the subsidiaries of PT. Pelindo III (Persero), this company is a company engaged in the provision of container terminal facilities for domestic and international trade for business actors in Eastern Indonesia. PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya sets a standard service time for external trucks that will carry out receiving export containers (receiving) and releasing imported containers (delivery) as Truck Round Time which is set with a service time of 30 minutes. The Truck Round Time is caused by the movement of Rubber Tyred Gantry, Trobel Rubber Tyred Gantry, number of deliveries, and weather factors. Based on the problems that occur because there are a lot of deliveries suddenly or difficult to predict every hour which will result in queuing at the stacking yard and clashes between delivery activities and unloading at the stacking yard, therefore to solve the problems that occur for the company, the company makes innovations in determining quotas at delivery every time. the hour.
