The use of this research method uses qualitative methods with primary data sources in the form of interviews and observations and secondary data in the form of documentation from several related parties. While testing the validity of the data using reference materials, triangulation tests, analysis of negative cases, and member checks. The results showed that the flow of outbound handling carried out by PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Semarang branch began with CS receiving CLP and DO, making outbound orders and SI to EMKL, admin checking CLP, DO, and EIR. After that the admin forms the TKBM team to do the outbound, the picker takes the goods from the warehouse to be sent to the staging area, the tally checks the goods, the loader puts the goods into the container and then installs the container seal. The obstacles that occur are damage to the carton packaging during the outbound process and leftover goods which result in a smooth export process. This study aims to find out and understand the explanation of the procedure for publishing seafarers' books based online at the Class III Tanjung Wangi Port Authority and Harbor Authority. Types of qualitative research, data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. The data collection uses primary data obtained through interviews and direct observations in the field and secondary data obtained through books, internet and legislation. The results of this study indicate that the procedure for publishing seafarers' books based online starts from online registration, document submission, document verification, taking photos of seafarers, paying PNBP, ratifying seafarers' books. The obstacles that occur in the onlinebased seafarers book publishing procedure occur in the administrative (document) or technical (tools and systems) aspect. According to the results of the study, the procedure for releasing LCL imports of velvesil cosmetic materials at the PT ACSA consolidation warehouse starts from: the importer sends Bill of lading, Invoice and packing list documents, PIB importing process, PIB submission process, billing payment process by importers, SPPB response from customs, the process of taking Delivery Order documents at shipping companies. Ensuring documents for the release of goods, requesting fiat to customs, stuffing process then the process of shipping goods to the importer's warehouse. Obstacles that occur during the release of imported goods at the warehouse, late storage payments and trucking delays. The results of the study showed that the procedure for changing crew members started when the agency received an email from the owner for the ship's crew sign on activity. when the crew to be signed on arrives in Balikpapan, the agency will report and state to the KKP that the crew is in good health and ready to go on board. This study aims to understand the series of unloading activities of urea inbags at PT Adhiguna Putera and to find out the obstacles that occur during the fertilizer unloading activities and the efforts made by PBM to minimize the occurrence of obstacles. This study uses a qualitative approach to test the validity of the data in the field. The data collection process was carried out through the interaction of interviews and observations. and can draw conclusions based on triangulation results to obtain accurate data and facts. The results of this study are that the unloading process of inbags fertilizer begins with the owner of the goods appointing PBM, then PBM submits a request for unloading to KsOP, if it has been approved, PBM can carry out unloading activities. The obstacle during the unloading activity was that the truck fleet ran out so that the unloading activity at the wharf was stopped. So that loading service procedures can be carried out smoothly, PT Varia Usaha Bahari has handling preparations when the ship is docked until the loading is complete. The purpose of this paper is to find out and explain about the preparation and implementation of the correct clinker loading. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This paper uses data collection methods by direct observation, interviews, and documentation. In this case collecting data on the object of observation, as well as a collection of documents and data related to clinker loading activities. The results of this study are that in clinker loading activities there are two preparations, namely preparation before the ship arrives and preparation after the ship has docked, in carrying out clinker loading activities the PBM must ensure that the activities run according to the strategy and loading sequence, in clinker loading activities at MV Melpomeni there are obstacles that occurred, namely trouble crane and natural factors (rain) which caused cargo damage.
