PROSES ADMINISTRASI PEMBAYARAN JASA TERMINAL PETIKEMAS EKSPOR IMPOR PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI JAKARTA

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (a) Understand and explain the administrative process of paying for export-import container terminal services before the pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic (b) Knowing and explaining the description of the use of the e-Billing system in the administrative process of paying for container terminal services. The research method is qualitative and the sample in this study uses purposive sampling. Data collection methods: observation, interviews, documentation, triangulation. The findings of this study are in the service payment process. Mustika Alam Lestari prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority still used the manual system even though there was an online system, while the payment administration process during the COVID-19 pandemic continued to apply a manual system but by implementing work shifts and complying with health protocols, namely wearing masks, using hand sanitizer, and keep your distance. Service users are expected to use the online e-Billing system more than the manual to realize the implementation of the e-Billing process as a whole in order to maximize the payment process while still complying with government regulations.
