The purpose of this study is to find out how the processing of Handling MT ANIKA sailling approval Document by PT Samudra Shipping Agency Balikpapan. Shows that the process of handling the sailling approval document requires various very important Documents such as SPB application letter, Memorandums. LK3, and a checklist for the completeness and validity of ship Document and document in the context of issuing a sailling approval letter. When processing ship document there were several obstacles, Namely interference or problems with the internet network. In this research, the authors utilized a qualitative approach by collecting primary data through interviews and observations. They also incorporated secondary data in their study. The ship certificate documents. The credibility of the test is ensured by verifying the data through reference material. The test is carried out using credibility by testing the data in the form of reference material.
