PROSEDUR BONGKAR BATU BARA TRUCK LOSSING DI PELABUHAN LEMBAR OLEH KSOP KELAS III LEMBAR

Abstract

KSOP Class III Lembar is the highest government agency in the port. Coal unloading activities also include activities that must be closely monitored because if there is a spill of cargo or prohibited activities it will cause inefficient work and cause unloading activities to be hampered such as queues. This needs to be considered because it takes time and energy in coal unloading activities to be efficient. In this study, the author uses a qualitative descriptive method using primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of documents from related parties. The test is carried out using a credibility test by testing the validity of the data in the form of referential adequacy and triangulation. Independent variable refueling, increasing control as a related variable. The problem found in port of lembar, namely unpredictable weather (rain) and overload of coal from the truck that can be a loss of the owner. Efforts to overcome these problem are giving briefing decivise action to PBM from KSOP to minimze the loss of coal from delivery truck and so that unloading activities can run orderly and optimal manner,need submission of supervisor from center office, and stop activities when it rains.
